Left or Right Side Steps are determined by standing in the deep end facing the shallow end of the pool.

Dear Doheny's Water Waterhouse,
Our pool is almost 30 years old. When the pool was initially installed my sons and my husband did all of the
installation. We realized last fall that we would need to replace the current liner. When I saw the prices of your
liners in your catalog and the help that you offered with installation, I thought why the grown boys couldn't do
it themselves? After all, they did it when they were just teenagers.
We did all of the measurements, then faxed all of the information to you that evening. By the end of the
next business day we had ordered our liner. The liner came fast, just as you had promised. The guys started
to work on installing the new liner at 6:00 a.m. and had it all installed and were waiting for the water by 9:45 a.m.
This included removing the old liner and smoothing the sand in the bottom. We are so pleased with the liner;
you would never know that our pool is almost 30 years old.
